Account deletion

If you use the Cleanno app (from the App Store or Google Play), you can delete your account and associated data at any time.

How to delete your account

In the Cleanno app: open Settings (or your profile), then Account or Security, and choose Delete account. Follow the confirmation steps.

You can also request account deletion by email at info@cleanno.be

After deletion

Once your account is deleted, your profile, bookings, and related data will be removed from our systems in line with our data retention and legal obligations.
